Hej och välkommna att lämna anbud i Borlänges upphandling omfattande ett ärendehanteringssystem samt tillhörande moduler som stödjer digitalt arbetssätt inom miljöenhet i kommunen. IT-systemet ska stödja handläggning av alla ärenden som miljöenheten hanterar samt kunna kommunicera med sökanden och andra berörda parter. Systemet ska även stödja möjligheten att hålla ett register över tillsynsobjekt.Miljöenheten handlägger i huvudsak ärenden inom miljöbalken och angränsande lagstiftning inom miljö och hälsoskydd samt livsmedelslagstiftning.
