Hamstads kommun inbjuder till att inkomma med anbud gällande upphandling av system för schemalässning och närvaro för skola och utbildningsverksamhet i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumenten. Ambitionen är att systemet så långt som möjligt ska baseras på ett standardsystem. Systemet ska vara ägnad att med eller utan anpassningar möta krav på basfunktionalitet inom nedanstående funktionsområden. Dessa motsvarar den standard som finns i ett modern schemasystem på marknaden idag och med goda förutsättningar för utveckling. Utöver nyttjanderätten till systemet omfattar upphandlingen även tjänster avseende drift, support och underhåll, implementering och avveckling.
