Description

Avtalet omfattar beställarens huvudsakliga behov av kameror för digital tillsyn inom välfärdsområdet som för Örnsköldsviks kommun larmcentral att administrera. Via kameran ska behörig personal utföra tillsyn efter larm enligt kravspecifikation samt utföra tillsyn enligt bestämda tidsintervall. Kamerorna kräver också en god infrastruktur, d.v.s. att nätverk och annan teknisk utrustning är informations- och patientsäkra. Syftet med avtalet är att tillhandahålla teknik för att skapa en förenklad tillsyn i form av digital tillsyn för brukare som är i behov av detta. Det ska utgöra en avlastning för verksamheterna som har utmaningar med att kunna utföra dessa typer av besök i fysisk form. Målet med avtalet är vidare att brukare och deras anhöriga ska uppleva ökad trygghet i hemmet. Möjliggöra tillsynsinsatser nattetid där besök kan utföras utan att störa brukare i behov av tillsyn och därigenom minimera risker.
