Upphandlingen avser en samlad systemlösning (SaaS) för parkeringsverksamhet inom avtals-/långtidsparkering på tomtmark/anläggning samt boendeparkering. Uppdraget omfattar tillhandahållande, införande, migrering, integration, konfigurering, utbildning och driftsättning av den erbjudna lösningen samt löpande förvaltning, underhåll och vidareutveckling av tjänsten för att säkerställa att lösningen fortsatt är modern, ändamålsenlig och i linje med marknadens utveckling. Lösningen ska stödja hela processen från kundhantering, tillstånds- och parkeringsadministration till övervakning, betalning, indrivning, uppföljning och verksamhetsstyrning. De funktioner som omfattas av upphandlingen ska utgöra en sammanhållen lösning med gemensamma användargränssnitt och hög integrationsgrad.
