Description

Upphandlingen omfattar ett SaaS-baserat journalsystem för elevhälsa inklusive alla nödvändiga tilläggsmoduler som krävs för att kunna hantera digital journalhantering, såsom: Anmälan till elevhälsan, Arkivering & Arkivexport, Avvikelsehantering, E-enkät, Elevhälsans ärenden, E-recept, Journalöverföring, Notifiering, Sammanslagning, Samtycke, SMS-påminnelser, Systemmeddelande, Upplysning, Webbtidbok och Gallringsmodul. Systemet ska även stödja hantering av kränkningsärenden och andra arbetsmiljörelaterade ärenden i skolmiljö, inklusive dokumentation, uppföljning och rapportering enligt gällande lagstiftning och beställarens rutiner. Systemet ska vara fullt färdigutvecklat och uppfylla krav på hög informationssäkerhet. Systemet ska även innehålla funktioner för att tillgängliggöra relevant statistik.
