Description

Umeå kommun avser att upphandla ett användarvänligt och robust rekryteringssystem som stödjer hela rekryteringsprocessen. Upphandlingen omfattar även optioner för funktioner kopplade till medarbetarresan. Syftet är att säkerställa ett systemstöd som bidrar till en rättssäker, effektiv och kvalitativ rekryteringsprocess i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och regelverk. Det nuvarande avtalet löper ut den 31 december 2026. Rekryteringssystemet används idag främst av chefer och rekryterare, men även av fackliga företrädare och andra deltagare i rekryteringsgrupper. Totalt uppgår antalet användare till cirka 700. Det nya systemet ska därför kunna stödja en bred och varierad användargrupp samt erbjuda ett effektivt och lättanvänt stöd för både vana användare och sällananvändare. För användarna ska systemet underlätta och effektivisera rekryteringsprocessen. För den jobbsökande ska systemet möjliggöra en enkel ansökningsprocess och bidra till att Umeå kommun uppfattas som en attraktiv arbetsgivare. På option deltar Nordmaling kommun, Vännäs kommun, Bjurholm kommun, Vindeln kommun, Robertsfors kommun samt de kommunala bolagen Bostaden och Vakin.
