Upphandling av upphandlingskonsulter för Upphandlingsenhenten i Västervik. Upphandlingsenheten gör upphandlingar åt Högsby, Hultsfred, Mönsterås, Oskarshamn, Vimmerby och Västerviks kommuner och kommunala bolag. Syftet med upphandlingen är att knyta Leverantörer som kan erbjuda kvalificerade upphandlingskonsulter till Västerviks kommuns upphandlingsenhet, som komplement till upphandlingsenhetens egna upphandlingsverksamhet. Denna upphandling ska säkerställa att Västerviks kommuns upphandlingsenhets behov av upphandlingskonsulter täcks. Upphandlingskonsulterna kommer genomföra upphandlingar inom alla upphandlingsförfaranden. Behovet uppstår vid hög arbetsbelastning/vakanser hos upphandlingsenheten. Konsult ska självständigt och tillsammans med beställare/beställargrupp genomföra upphandlingar. I arbetet ingår bland annat framtagande av upphandlingsunderlag, annonsering, utvärdering och tilldelning samt rådgivning och utbildning. Denna upphandling avser ramavtal avseende upphandlingskonsulttjänster. Leverantören garanteras inga volymer.
