Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg, together with collaborating higher education institutions, intend to establish a framework agreement for procurement consultants. Under the framework agreement, consultants will provide expertise to support the universities and partner institutions in carrying out public procurement tasks. The procurement covers consultancy services relating to purchasing and tendering processes, delivered in Sweden. The framework agreement will allow the contracting institutions to draw on external specialists for their procurement needs as required, covering support across procurement activities for the participating higher education institutions.
