Description

Naturvårdsverket bjuder in intresserade anbudsgivare att inkomma med anbud på rubricerad upphandling. Upphandlingen syftar till att teckna avtal med en leverantör som ska täcka Naturvårdsverkets behov av strategiska och operativa kommunikationstjänster. Generell del är obligatorisk att besvara.; Alternativ 1: Anbudsgivaren ska välja en (1) av delarna ”Krav på leverantör” eller ESPD (European Single Procurment Document). Väljer Anbudsgivaren "Krav på leverantör" ska samtliga efterfrågade bevis bifogas vid inlämnade av anbudet. Väljer Anbudsgivaren alternativet ESPD fungerar den som en egenförsäkran att Anbudsgivaren uppfyller ställda krav på leverantör. Anbudsgivaren ska i sådant fall vara beredda att på uppmaning inom angiven tid kunna lämna in bevis som visar att ställda krav uppfylls.; Naturvårdsverket söker en kommunikationsbyrå som kan tillgodose myndighetens behov av strategisk och operativ kommunikation och samtidigt bidra till dess utveckling. Uppdraget innefattar både långsiktiga strategiska insatser och löpande operativa produktioner, med syfte att stödja och stärka Naturvårdsverkets verksamhetsmål och uppdrag samt skapa förtroende för myndigheten.
