Beställaren efterfrågar ett ekonomisystem som stödjer processerna för debitering och kundreskontra, löpande bokföring och kassa/dagbokföring, bokslut, leverantörsreskontra, anläggningsregister och budget/prognos samt rapporter. Uppdraget syftar till att upphandla en helhetslösning som är säker, effektiv och flexibel och som kontinuerligt kan uppgraderas till nya versioner med liten insats från kommunen. Beställaren efterfrågar ett system som levereras som SaaS, molntjänst. Upphandlingens övergripande syfte är att skaffa ett effektivt, flexibelt och användarvänligt IT-stöd för att: · erhålla ett kostnadseffektivt IT-stöd genom att förenkla rutinerna samt erbjuda arbete i ett modernt ekonomisystem · skapa förutsättningar för ett processorienterat digitalt arbetssätt Identifierade mål med projektet: · Frigöra tid för analys, beslutsstöd och proaktivt arbete för att utveckla verksamheten. · Ökad automatisering och användning av workflow · Ökad självservice efterfrågas i vissa delar av systemet · Ökad användarvänlighet som ger möjlighet för självservice även hos sällananvändarna · Ökad användarvänlighet för administratörer och ekonomipersonal · Ökad känsla av ”ett system” efterfrågas · Ökad möjlighet att förlita sig på systemet för god internkontroll. Anbudssökanden ska ha goda kunskaper i de processer som ekonomisystemet ska stödja. Upphandlingen avser 1. IT-stöd för processer med de funktionsområden som anges under avsnitt 1.19 2. Tjänster under implementation 3. Drift, underhåll och support under avtalstiden inklusive uppdateringar som krävs för att följa svenska lagar och tillämpliga avtal.
