Malmö stads underlag har justerats för att bättre möta behoven och förväntningarna. Malmö stads mål med upphandlingen är att erhålla en sammanhållen lösning för säker kommunikation. Lösningen ska levereras i ett gemensamt gränssnitt och erbjuda säker digital kommunikation (SDK), säkra meddelanden samt säkra videomöten.
