Description

Halmstads kommun upphandlar ärendehanteringssystem med integrerad funktion för kontaktcenter, inkl. t.ex. softphone.​ Upphandlingen omfattar ett ärendehanteringssystem för kommunkoncernen med huvudsakligen integrerad funktionalitet för hantering av åtminstone kanalerna besök, telefoni, chatt och mejl samt om möjligt sociala medier. Viktigt att arbetet upplevs bedrivas i ett och samma system, med ett i allt väsentligt sömlöst flöde inom kontaktcenterverksamheten, inkl. ändamålsenliga funktioner för vidarebefordran, spårbarhet och uppföljning etc. Kommunen avser upphandla en molntjänst (SaaS) men önskar om möjligt även option på drift on-premise. Även andra optioner är aktuella, för exvis anslutning av ev. ny/-a telefonioperatörsleverantör/-er. Utöver nyttjanderätt till och drift av systemet ingår även sedvanligt tillhörande kringtjänster rörande införande, utbildning, underhåll, utveckling och support m.m.
