Description

Simrishamns kommun och Simrishamns Bostäder AB inbjuder till anbudsgivning avseende Licenspartner, genom avtal med en leverantör som innehar såväl expertis som erforderliga verktyg samt agerar återförsäljare av licenser och förnyelse av underhåll av licenser. Upphandlingen innehåller också optioner på konsulttjänster och en SAM-tjänst (Software Asset Management). Målet är att skapa en långsiktig avtalsrelation med en partner som kan åta sig att tillsammans med kommunerna skapa en effektiv licenshantering. Avsikten är att kommunerna skall förenkla och förbättra sin licenshantering vid nyanskaffning och kompletteringsköp av licenser, förnyelse av service och support samt att säkerställa efterlevnad vid förändringar i sin IT-miljö. Efterfrågade tjänster kan utgöras av installation, implementation, konfigurering, uppgradering, utbildning och anpassningar av produkter. Simrishamns kommun har på sitt administrativa nät ca 2000 användare och ca 1 000 arbetsplatsdatorer. Därtill har kommunen ca 1000 elever, som huvudsakligen arbetar i Googlemiljö på Chromebooks.
