Värmdö kommun inbjuder till att lämna ansökan att medverka i upphandlingen avseende IT- driftspartner som tjänst med tillhörande kringtjänster. Kommunen har identifierat ett behov av att ta ett steg mot en mer sammanhållen, leverantörsdriven modell, där kommunen i högre grad intar rollen som beställare och kravställare, snarare än som operativ resurs Den framtida modellen för IT-leverans ska bygga på en tydlig uppdelning mellan kommunens interna roll och leverantörens ansvar. Kommunens uppgift ska vara att formulera mål, krav, SLA:s och prioriteringar samt att följa upp leveransen utifrån dessa. Leverantören ska bära ett samlat ansvar för såväl operativ drift som kontinuerlig vidareutveckling av tjänsteutbudet.
