Description

Swedavia söker just nu en resurs för funktionen projekteringsledning inom avdelningen STO Bygg. Avdelningen genomför ett flertal bygg- och utvecklingsprojekt kopplade till terminalbyggnaderna på Arlanda flygplats, med fokus på att modernisera, effektivisera och anpassa anläggningarna till framtida behov. Uppdraget som Projekteringsledare kommer att knytas till följande projekt: ARN Yttertak terminalerARN HGA ValentinARN DY Crewcenter - Backoffice NorwegianARN Samlokalisering LCARN InformationszonerBerörda projekt befinner sig i ett tidigt skede, där fokus ligger på förstudiearbete, programhandling och framtagning av beslutsunderlag som möjliggör att projekten kan gå vidare in i nästa fas i enlighet med projektmetodiken byggprocessen 3.0. Start för uppdraget är april/maj 2026 med sluttid 2026-12-31, med leverans av önskade handlingar (förstudie- och programhandling) under Q2 - Q4 2026. Omfattningen av uppdraget beräknas till 20-100%. Den totala omfattningen kommer variera över tid enligt ö.k med beställaren. Närvaro på plats hos beställaren på Stockholm Arlanda Airport utgörs av ca 20-75% av en heltid. Möjligheter till förlängning enligt optioner nedan. Option 1: Projektering fram systemhandling, bygghandling och förfrågningsunderlag ca Q4 2026 - Q2 2027Option 2: Projekteringsstöd under produktionsfas samt leverans av relationshandlingar. Ca 2027-2030. 0-100%
