Description

Swedavia söker nu en Bas-U handläggare till Arlanda flygplats. Konsulten uppfylla de lagkraven som ställs på Bas-U enligt Arbetsmiljöverkets föreskrifter och allmänna råd (AFS 2023:3) om projektering och byggarbetsmiljösamordning. Konsulten ska utöver detta arbeta utifrån Swedavias rutiner för Bas-U arbete. Aktuella projekt är främst ombyggnationsprojekt inom terminalbyggnad men andra projekt kan förekomma. Uppdragets omfattning beräknas till 100% och uppdraget kräver fysisk närvaro på Arlanda flygplats upp mot 100 %. I undantagsfall kan också projekt på Bromma flygplats bli aktuella, detta sker i dialog med konsulten. Nattarbete kan förekomma. Uppdrag kan också förekomma där annan part är utsedd Bas-U och konsulten verkar som byggherrens arbetsmiljöspecialist med uppdrag att följa upp Bas-U. Uppdraget skall påbörjas 2026-07-01 och kommer avslutas senast 2028-06-30. Beställaren har option på att förlänga uppdraget, med max 12 månader i taget till och med 2030-06-30.
