Ifylls av anbudsgivare som lämnar anbud genom att besvara sanningsförsäkran om att det inte föreligger någon uteslutningsgrund enligt 13 kap 1-3 §§ LOU och besvara Beställarens uppställda kvalificeringskrav. Anbudsgivare som lämnar anbud genom sanningsförsäkran och kvalificeringskrav behöver inte fylla i del "Egenförsäkran".; Bilpool för Bostads AB MImer:s hyresgäster. Beställaren har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör.; Ifylls av anbudsgivare som lämnar anbud genom en egenförsäkran och kommer därmed kontrolleras med efterfrågad bevisning vid behov under upphandlingsprocessen, men som senast innan tilldelning (i det fall anbudsgivare är i läge för tilldelning). Anbudsgivare som lämnar anbud genom egenförsäkran behöver inte fylla i del "Sanningsförsäkran och kvalificeringskrav".
