Description

Söderhamns kommun upphandlar boende med särskild service för vuxna enligt 9 § p. 9 Lag (1993:387) om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS) samt Socialtjänstlag (2025:400) 11 kap. 1 § (SoL). Upphandlingen är uppdelad i fyra olika anbudsområden: 1. Bostad med särskild service enligt LSS, omvårdnadsnivå 3. 2. Bostad med särskild service enligt LSS, omvårdnadsnivå 4 3. Särskilt boende enligt SoL, omvårdnadsnivå 3 samt 4. Särskilt boende enligt SoL, omvårdnadsnivå 4. Individen har behov av kompenserande insatser men klarar enklare delar av momentet. - Behöver motivering och förberedelser inför flera olika situationer och vardagsmoment - Behöver stöd i att genomföra och fullfölja vardagsmoment.; Individen har behov av fullt ut kompenserande insatser. - Trots omfattande stöd från personal kan individen inte utföra momentet - Är i behov av insatser kontinuerligt dygnet runt - Individen kan ha beteendemässiga utmaningar som kräver särskild kompetens
