Description

Kriminalvården upphandlar ramavtal med ett antal leverantörer för placering i arbetskooperativ av frivårdsklienter som dömts till skyddstillsyn med särskild behandlingsplan (kontraktsvård) och intagna som vistas utanför anstalt på vårdvistelse enligt 11 kap 1§ Fängelselagen (FäL). Arbetskooperativ är enligt Kriminalvårdens definition en verksamhet som under miljöterapeutiska former fokuserar på arbete och arbetsträning kombinerat med social träning och ett drogfritt boende. Klienten bor och arbetstränar i verksamheten eller arbetar på uppdrag utanför anläggningen tillsammans med arbetskooperativets personal. Genom meningsfullt arbete, stöd i form av samtal och gruppgemenskap möjliggörs en stabilare vardag som motverkar missbruk. Tydliga regler, ansvarstagande och långsiktiga mål som självförsörjning hjälper klienterna att återfå kontroll över sitt liv. När Kriminalvårdens och socialtjänstens betalningsansvar upphör ska den placerade kunna bo kvar och arbeta i kooperativet.
