Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal som ska tillgodose Regeringskansliets behov av fotograftjänster. Bilder bidrar till att levandegöra och stärka kommunikationen kring regeringens politik samt till att göra Regeringskansliets kommunikation tillgänglig, tydlig och effektiv. Målet med upphandlingen är att Regeringskansliets ska få tillgång till kvalificerade fotografer för olika typer av fotograferingsuppdrag, som komplement till de fotograferingar som Regeringskansliets egna fotografer utför.
