Description

Visit Sweden avser att träffa avtal med en (1) leverantör av Revisionstjänster inom följande områden; Finansiell revision och hållbarhetsrevision. Syftet med upphandlingen är att kunna avropa Revisionstjänster på ett enkelt och effektivt sätt, för att generera tids- och kostnadsbesparingar. Uppdraget avser granskning och rapportering enligt 9 kap. aktiebolagslagen, samt i förekommande fall, annan granskning och rapportering som enligt aktiebolagslagen eller annan författning ska utföras av revisor. Uppdraget omfattar även biträde och rådgivning som föranleds av iakttagelser vid sådan granskning, samt annan jämförbar rådgivning, i den mån detta är förenligt med revisorns oberoende. Revision utförs i enlighet med International Standards on Auditing (ISA) och god revisionssed i Sverige.
