Description

Upphandlingen avser tillhandahållande av revisions­tjänster enligt aktiebolagslagen (ABL) för Gnesta kommuns bolag. Uppdraget omfattar lagstadgad finansiell revision i enlighet med ABL 10 kap., god revisionssed i Sverige samt tillämpliga internationella standarder (ISA) och rekommendationer från FAR. I uppdraget ingår även att utgöra sakkunnigt biträde till kommunens lekmannarevisorer vid granskning av bolagens verksamhet och styrelser. Revisionen ska planeras och genomföras så att rimlig säkerhet uppnås avseende att den finansiella informationen inte innehåller väsentliga felaktigheter samt att bolagens förvaltning sker i enlighet med gällande regelverk. Uppdraget omfattar löpande rapportering till bolagsledning och lekmannarevisorer, samverkan och deltagande vid planerings- och uppföljningsmöten samt viss rådgivning som utgör en naturlig del av revisionsuppdraget. Därutöver ska möjlighet finnas att avropa tilläggstjänster såsom fördjupade granskningar, specialistkompetens och utbildning.
