Rubricerat projekt avser projektering och produktion i samverkan med B. Samverkansformen ställer höga krav på parterna och både TE och B förväntas bidra med kompetens och engagemang för att projektmålen ska uppnås. Övergripande projektmål Att på ett rationellt, kostnadseffektivt och störningsminimerande sätt uppföra ett nytt centralkök i direkt anslutning till Stjerneskolan och i samband med detta arbete anordna ett robust och flexibelt mediaförsörjningssystem (el, värme, vatten, kyla) med möjlighet till ö-drift av centralköket och Stjernehallen, där den senare ska kunna fungera som trygghetspunkt för medborgare i händelse av samhällsstörning. Centralköket ska dimensioneras för en produktionskapacitet om 3 000 portioner per dag med möjlighet att paketera och snabbkyla en fjärdedel för vidare distribution som kylvara. Befintligt serveringskök för Stjerneskolan ska byggas om och anslutas till det nya centralköket och den omgivande utemiljön ska anpassas för det nya centralkökets in- och utflöden.
