Nacka kommun vill vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare och samtidigt kunna inspirera sina anställda till en hälsosam livsstil och uppmuntra dem till klimatvänliga transporter. Som ett led i detta upphandlar Nacka kommun en koncessionsleverantör som ska kunna erbjuda tillsvidareanställda medarbetare på Nacka kommun och Nacka Energi AB möjlighet att hyra en cykel genom bruttolöneavdrag med förmånsbeskattning under 36 månader. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla samtliga tjänster som krävs för uthyrning av förmånscyklar till beställarens medarbetare. I uppdraget ingår samtliga åtaganden från visning av objekt och beställning till avveckling vid hyresperiodens slut för de enskilda hyresavtalen. Nacka kommuns åtaganden under avtalsperioden ska var begränsad till minimal administration vid hanteringen av förmånen. Leverantören ska förse beställaren med uppgifter om förmånen som ska kunna läsas in av beställarens löneprogram.
