Tillsyn, skötsel och underhåll av Hissar och Rulltrappor. Serviceåtagandet ansluter till ABFF 15 och är upprättade i enlighet med Aff, Avtal för fastighetsförvaltning och verksamhetsknutna tjänster. Ramavtalet gäller för A. Service och underhåll av Hissar för Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) och Bromma Stockholm Airport (BMA). B. Service och underhåll av Rulltrappor för Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN). C. Service och underhåll av Hissar för Göteborg Landvetter Airport (GOT). D. Service och underhåll av Rulltrappor för Göteborg Landvetter Airport (GOT). E. Service och underhåll av Hissar för Malmö Airport (MMX). (För de fall att anbudsansökande företag vill använda sig av European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) kommer Swedavia möjliggöra för detta genom att på begäran skicka ut dokumentet till det anbudssökande företaget. Dokumentet kan sedan fyllas i och bifogas anbudsansökningen. Användandet av ESPD är frivilligt.)
