Description

Upphandlingen avser Evenemangsutrustning samt ljud- och ljustekniska tjänster och utrustning till kommunens olika verksamhetsområden, för succesiva avrop under avtalstiden. Upphandlingen avser också bildproducent som ska medverka vid sänding av kommunens kommunfullmäktigesammanträden. Upphandlingen är uppdelad på tre delområden och syftet med upphandlingen är att ingå ramavtal med en leverantör per delområde. Anbudsområdet evenemangsutrustning avser hyra av utrustning såsom scener, podium, ståbord, stolar, tält med mera som kommunen behöver för att genomföra olika evenemang.; Anbudsområde ljud- och ljustekniska tjänster och utrustning avser hyra av ljud- och ljusteknisk utrustning, köp av ljusteknisk utrustning, möjlighet att avropa ljud- och ljustekniker, installatör, tillhandahållande av rekvisita samt service av musikrum och musikintrument.; Anbudsområde bildproducent avser möjlighet att avropa bildproducent som ska medverka på sändningen av kommunens kommunfullmäktigesammanträden.
