Description

Upphandlingen avser Uthyrningstjänster. Syftet med denna upphandling är att teckna avtal med en extern partner som ansvarar för delar av vår uthyrningsverksamhet. Uppdraget ska bidra till effektiv hantering av bostäder, hög kvalitet i kundmöten och ett professionellt genomförande av uthyrningsprocessen. Målet med uppdraget är att: Öka uthyrningstakten och sänka vakansgraden • Förbättra rutiner och skapa ett gemensamt arbetssätt • Höja effektiviteten i den dagliga uthyrningen • Förändra kultur och arbetssätt mot ett mer säljande förhållningssätt • Identifiera och undanröja hinder i uthyrningskedjan • Uppskattat värde per avtalsår är till 1 000 000 SEK exklusive mervärdesskatt. Beställaren garanterar inga volymer för avtalet, leverantören åtar sig att leverera det faktiska behovet.
