Description

Stockholms stad (inklusive deltagande bolag, nedan gemensamt kallade Staden) bjuder härmed in leverantörer att inkomma med Anbud i upphandlingen av Ramavtal avseende Produktnära Tjänster för digital arbetsplats enligt de förutsättningar som anges i detta Upphandlingsdokument med tillhörande bilagor. Leverantörer ska erbjuda olika typer av Digitala Enheter och Kringutrustning inklusive logistik för hantering av dessa enheter. De Digitala Enheterna är t.ex. smarta telefoner, surfplattor, bärbara datorer, stationära datorer. Kringutrustning omfattar exempelvis mobiltelefoner, laddare, extrabatteri, datormus, tangentbord, skärmar, dockningsstationer och digital mediaspelare. Upphandlingen omfattar även ansvar för Produktnära Tjänster som: - preparering - leverans till och från Stadens Verksamhetsställen - återtag - reparationer av Produkter - tjänst för att montera och installera. Fabriksnya Digitala Enheter kommer att hyras på 24 respektive 36 månader. Nyttjanderättsperiod för Återanvänd Digital Enhet är högst trettiosex (36) månader, antal månader anges av Staden i Kontrakt. Kringutrustning kommer att köpas.
