Description

Beställaren har efter genomförande av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap 14 § punkt 3 och detta meddelande, för avsikt att ingå avtal med Visma Publitech AB avseende underhåll, support och vidareutveckling av systemet Personec personal- och lönesystem med tillhörande funktioner. Beställaren innehar en obegränsad nyttjanderätt till systemet Personec med tillhörande funktioner. Systemet har även integrationer med andra system hos beställaren. För att systemet ska fungera i verksamheten krävs kontinuerliga uppdateringar, förbättringar och felrättningar. Support- och underhållsåtagandet är nödvändigt för att kunna uppfylla samtliga i Sverige relevanta lagar, författningar, normer och föreskrifter som utfärdas av behöriga myndigheter för de uppgifter som åligger beställaren.
