Entreprenaden avser nybyggnation av flerbostadshus med ca 126 lägenheter, en option på ytterligare 95 lägenheter, utemiljöer samt ett parkeringshus med 300-500 parkeringsplatser som tillgodoser stora delar av parkeringsbehovet för projektet, både avseende i anspråktagna platser för befintligt område samt för nyproduktionen.
