Description

Anstalten i Ystad har idag en kapacitet för ca 95 kvinnor, samtliga i säkerhetsklass 2. I samband med en nyligen påbörjad utbyggnad och utökning med ytterligare 192 platser uppstår behov av att förstärka och anpassa flera funktioner inom befintlig verksamhet. Följande områden kommer att beröras i form av om-, till- eller nybyggnation för möta behovet till följd av den utökade verksamheten: * Nya personalutrymmen * Centralvakt och incidentledning * Sjukvårdslokaler * Tvätteri * Avskildhetsplatser * Intag och inskrivning * Besöksavdelning * Storkök * Förråd * Nytt lager för produktion Nyproduktion planeras till ca 2 500 kvm BTA, om- och tillbyggnation planeras till 3 000 kvm respektive 600 kvm. Befintliga byggnader inom området som berörs av projektet är i huvudsak uppförda 1985. Beställaren överväger även att inom denna entreprenad utföra ombyggnad till barn- och ungdomsfängelse i anslutande byggnad om ca 2 000 kvm.
