Sweden - Building facility - Leasing of premises for the National Upper Secondary School for the Physically Disabled

The City Property Administration (Stadsfastighetsförvaltningen), together with the Education Administration in Gothenburg, Sweden, invites property owners to express interest in a procurement for a lease agreement providing suitable premises for the National Upper Secondary School for the Physically Disabled (Riksgymnasium för rörelsehindrade). Premises may be provided in existing or newly built buildings, must be located in the northern city centre (see annex 3.3), measure approximately 1800 m2, and should be on ground floor. Further details on the premises are given in section 1.5 and the attached needs description.
