Description

Entreprenören kommer att vara en av tre avtalade säkerhetsentreprenörer som får möjlighet att lämna anbud på Västerås stads projekt relaterade till säkerhetsinstallationer. Detta inkluderar nya projekt, sidoentreprenader, underhållsprojekt, samt större serviceinstallationer som drivs i egen regi av Västerås stad. Avrop kommer att fördelas via rak rangordning, där rang 1 först tillfrågas. Om rang 1 tackar nej eller inte uppfyller ställda krav (Läs Punkt 4 Avrop) går frågan vidare till rang 2 osv. Om avropet beräknas överstiga 300 000 kr har beställaren rätt att göra avrop på FKU. Om avropet beräknas överstiga 1 000 000 kr har beställaren rätt att göra en offentlig upphandling mot den öppna marknaden. Rätten till avropshantering enligt FKU och/eller öppna marknaden, är endast beställaren enskilda val, det ska meddelas aktiva entreprenörer inom avtalet. För projekt där staden upphandlar en totalentreprenör kommer Västerås Stad som byggherre alltid att rekommendera dessa tre säkerhetsentreprenörer till totalentreprenören. Det är dock slutligen totalentreprenören som beslutar vilken entreprenör som ska anlitas. Entreprenörerna kommer att få förhandsinformation om kommande projekt i staden i ett tidigt skede.
