Description

Ystads kommun avser att genomföra en upphandling avseende tjänster för tömning, transport och omhändertagande av slam samt tömning och kontroll av oljeavskiljare inom kommunens verksamheter. Uppdraget omfattar planerade och akuta insatser. I uppdraget ingår även provtagning och analys av utgående vatten för några av avskiljarna för att säkerställa tillsynskrav och deras funktion. Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa en miljöriktig, säker och kostnadseffektiv hantering av slam och avfall från oljeavskiljare, i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och miljökrav. Leverantören ska ha erforderliga tillstånd, kompetens och resurser för att utföra uppdraget samt kunna tillhandahålla dokumentation och rapportering enligt kommunens krav. Upphandlingen planeras att genomföras enligt lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU).
