Description

Ramavtal avses att upphandlas för tjänster såsom utredning och projektering m.m. inom följande konsulttjänstkategorier inom byggadministration: 2) Kalkyl 3) Projekterings/Byggledning 4) Besiktning 5) Kontrollansvar Uppdraget innebär framtagande av komplett projekt- och produktionskalkyler inom samtliga skeden i byggprocessen i såväl ROT- projekt som nyproduktion.; Uppdraget innebär att Ansvara och leda projekt i samtliga skeden (förstudie till genomförande). Så som planering, projektering, styrning och uppföljning och genomförande etc. Utföra kontroll och övervakning av produktion på byggplats tidsmässigt. Utföra ekonomisk uppföljning och avstämning i samtliga skeden. Deltaga i och leda projekteringsmöten och byggmöten mm. Hjälpa och rapportera till Beställaren som omfattar administration, koordination av projektmedlemmar samt insamling, analysering, vägledning och sammanställning av information från övriga i projektet. Vid situationer då beställaren under ett projekts genomförande, samtliga skeden, behöver stöd skall detta kunna lösas med fysisk närvaro inom ca 1,5 timma oavsett var inom kommungränsen behovet uppstår.; Uppdraget innebär : Kontrollansvar i enlighet med PBL. Kontrollansvarig skall biträda byggherren med kontrollplan, rapportera avvikelser till byggherren och byggnadsnämnden samt avge utlåtanden till Byggnadsnämnden och byggherren som underlag för slutbesked.; Ange vilka delar i upphandlingen som avses besvaras.
