Specialfastigheter kommer att bygga och äga en ny kriminalvårdsanstalt med säkerhetsklass 2 i Halltorp, som ligger några mil söder om Kalmar. Anstalten kommer att vara ca 50 000 kvm BTA och markområdet omfattar 120 000 kvm. Specialfastigheter behöver med anledning av detta upphandla flera olika konsulttjänster med ledande, uppföljande och stödjande roller inom byggherreorganisationen. De roller som önskas i projektet är: - Biträdande projektledare - installationsledare -VS - installationsledare - Vent - installationsledare - Styr - installationsledare - El - Byggledare - Bygg - Byggledare - Mark - Bas-P - Kontrollansvarig (KA) - Miljö- och hållbarhetssamordnare - Projektplanerare - BIM-samordnare Varje konsultkategori kommer att vara ett eget anbudsområde. Det innebär att det kommer vara möjligt att lämna anbud för ett eller flera områden. Det kommer också vara möjligt att offerera samma konsult inom flera anbudsområden. Det är av vikt att konsulten befinner sig i närområdet då större delen av uppdraget kommer att utföras på plats i projektet. Specialfastigheter vill med denna förhandsannons informera eventuella intressenter om att en annons kommer skickas ut direkt efter semesterperioden
