The Tierps municipal group is setting up a dynamic purchasing system (DIS) for architects and landscape architects, together with the Alvkarleby municipal group. Call-offs will be made gradually. For smaller assignments, framework agreements will be called off on an ongoing basis and awarded to one supplier within the DIS for a period of six months to one year, meaning these are continuously competed. The municipalities of Enkoping, Knivsta, Heby, Alvkarleby and Osthammar are also entitled to place call-offs. Suppliers of architectural and landscape architecture services registered in the system can be awarded contracts.
