Description

Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för byggservice omfattande underhålls- och reparationsarbeten i fastigheter som ägs och förvaltas av Skurupshem AB samt övriga angivna beställare inom Skurups kommunkoncern. Fastighetsbeståndet omfattar cirka 800 lägenheter samt ett antal verksamhetslokaler såsom förskolor och gruppboenden, belägna i Skurup, Skivarp, Rydsgård, Abbekås och Slimminge. Arbetena avser löpande byggservice och mindre entreprenader som uppstår inom ramen för fastighetsförvaltningen. Uppdrag kan omfatta såväl planerade åtgärder som akuta insatser där kort inställelsetid kan krävas. Beställaren avser att teckna ramavtal med fyra (4) leverantörer. Avrop från ramavtalet kommer att ske enligt rangordning med fördelningsnyckel samt vid behov genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning mellan samtliga leverantörer. Ramavtalets uppskattade värde uppgår till cirka 120 miljoner kronor under hela avtalsperioden.
