Sweden - Civil engineering work - Pilot prefabricated modular substations 46/10 kV - Round 2

Vattenfall Eldistribution AB is procuring round 2 of a pilot project for prefabricated modular substations, ahead of an evaluation for a large-scale rollout. The project has three parts: a main contractor responsible for coordination, work environment, installation, ground and site works at Siene and Aanimskog; and two suppliers of prefabricated transformer stations, one for Siene in Vaargaarda municipality and one for Aanimskog in Aamaal municipality. Each supplier may only be awarded one location, so two suppliers will be contracted. The Siene site includes 40 and 10 kV switchgear, control equipment, replacement of T1 and new neutral point equipment; Aanimskog includes switchgear, control equipment and neutral point equipment.
