Skolan uppförs på en plats där tidigare skolbyggnad rivits. Rivning av befintlig idrottshall ingår i denna entreprenad. Projektet är uppdelat i två huvuddelar, där Huvuddel 1 består av skola och Huvuddel 2 består av idrottshall.
