THIC, Tierp och Heby kommuns inköpscentral samt upphandlande myndighet inrätta ett dynamiskt inköpssystem. Det innebär att intresserade entreprenörer (E) ansöker om att vara med i inköpssystemet. Om E uppfyller kvalificeringskrav kommer de att vara med i inköpssystemet. Förfrågningar kommer sedan att skickas ut per objekt, men även för årsleveranser i enlighet med beläggningsplan etc. Avrop kommer att baseras på projekteringshandlingar och mängdförteckning. Objektens storlek kan variera från små uppdrag till anläggningar av större områden. Uppdragen kan omfatta mindre och större mark- och anläggningsentreprenader. Nyanläggningar och ombyggnad av exempelvis Gator, Gång/cykelvägar, VA/Fjärrvärme- kanalisation, ÅVC, parkeringar, parker, lekplatser, cykelparkeringar, parkytor, ridstigar, naturytor och beläggningsarbeten samt anläggningsreparationer av befintliga anläggningar samt stensättning.
