Description

Avtalet avser ramavtal för byggservicearbeten för reparationer, underhållsarbete samt ändrings- och ombyggnadsarbeten i Beställarnas fastighetsbestånd. Golvläggnings-, värme-, mark-, plåt- och plattsättningsarbeten kan förekomma. Uppdragen består av planerade samt akuta arbeten inom Beställarnas fastighetsbestånd. Uppdragen kan även omfatta mindre nyproduktion. Uppdragen kan komma att utföras i bostadslägenheter och olika typer av verksamheter såsom verksamhetslokaler och särskilda boenden. Ramavtalet omfattar ej entreprenader där ovanstående arbeten ingår som ett led i annan entreprenad, såsom vid nyproduktion, renovering och tillbyggnad av flerbostadshus. Undantag gäller om annan entreprenör som har ramavtal med Beställarna anlitar Entreprenören för utförande av arbeten inom annat avrop, se AFD.35.
