The buyer is procuring rusks made from wheat flour without additives, conforming to the Ukrainian national standard DSTU 7041. The goods must not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. By submitting a bid, the participant confirms that the offered goods do not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran, in accordance with Resolution No. 822 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This origin restriction is a mandatory condition of the procurement, and bids for goods of prohibited origin cannot comply with the requirements.
