Surveillance du parking de la piscine-patinoire « Le Dôme » à LAON. Accord-cadre à bons de commande monoattributaire, passé par un pouvoir adjudicateur avec quantités minimum et maximum de commandes, sans remise en compétition lors de l'attribution des bons de commande, en application de l’article R2162-2 alinéa 2 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre prend effet le 1er Janvier 2027 pour une durée initiale de 12 mois. Il est renouvelable 2 fois par reconduction expresse pour une période de 12 mois. La durée maximale de l’accord-cadre est de 36 mois. La quantité minimum de commandes pour la durée de la période initiale est de 1350 Heures. La quantité maximum de commandes pour la durée de la période initiale est de 2000 Heures. La quantité minimum de commandes pour la durée de la période de reconduction n°1 est de 1350 Heures.
