Постачальник гарантує та підтверджує, що товар не походить з російської федерації/республіки білорусь/ісламської республіки іран. Поставка товару постачальником покупцеві здійснюється до 16.10.2026 року (включно). Доставка здійснюється за рахунок постачальника за адресою: прихована згідно рішення виконавчого комітету Бориспільської міської ради від 14.07.2025 № 500. Місце поставки товару уточнюється покупцем перед поставкою, засобами телефонного зв’язку/поштового зв’язку/тощо. У пропозиції учасника ціна подається без ПДВ, відповідно до пункту 32 підрозділу 2 розділу XX Податкового кодексу України, тимчасово, на період проведення антитерористичної операції та/або здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії Російської Федерації, та/або запровадження воєнного стану відповідно до законодавства, звільняються від оподаткування податком на додану вартість операції з ввезення на митну територію України та постачання на митній території України товарів оборонного призначення, визначених такими згідно з пунктом 29 частини першої статті 1 Закону України «Про оборонні закупівлі», що класифікуються, зокрема, за такими групами, товарними позиціями та підкатегоріями УКТ ЗЕД: 8517 69 90 00 (пристрої для маршрутизації та передачі даних, що використовуються в оборонних цілях). Предмет процедури закупівлі - супутниковий модем - підпадає під зазначену категорію товарів, звільнених від оподаткування ПДВ.
