Suite à la tempête Xynthia de février 2010 et après l’acquisition des maisons dans les zones noires, l’État lance une consultation relative à la démolition d’une maison à LOIX et d’une maison à FOURAS. Les travaux seront réalisés en un lot unique : - travaux de désamiantage (CPV 45262660-5) - travaux de déconstruction et de terrassement (CPV 45110000-1) La déconstruction sélective ainsi que la déconstruction des superstructures et infrastructure des maisons. L'évacuation des déchets résultant des travaux de curage et de démolition et des déchets de toute nature en centres de traitements ou de recyclages agréés et adaptés avec précisons apportées dans le schéma d’Organisation et de suivi de l’élimination des déchets de chantier (SOGED). La remise en état des terrains.
