Le présent lot concerne les travaux de : CFC 112.1 Démolition Travaux de démolition complète de l'aile Est du bâtiment existant organisée sur plusieurs niveaux. * Rez supérieur - 249.34m2 * 1er étage - 242.69m2 * 2e étage - 242.69m2 * Combles - 231.28m2 * Surcombles - 119.84m2 Le bâtiment possède une structure conventionnelle avec des dalles et murs en béton, une charpente en bois et une couverture en tuile. Le socle du rez de chaussée est réalisé en éléments préfabriqués de façade, les étages possèdent une isolation et crépis périphériques. L'ensemble des techniques seront mises hors service par les entreprises spécialisées. Leur démolition sont inclues dans le présent lot. L'aile du bâtiment est posée sur le poste de commandement qui doit être conservé.
