Description

Le bâtiment Beau-Séjour (0A) construit dans les années 60, bénéficie actuellement de moyens de rénovation de la façade dans le cadre du projet « embrasures », ce qui engendre la nécessité d’une rénovation partielle en cours des installations électriques, permettant d’améliorer le confort de base des patients et d’être conforme au standard « HPE rénovation » demandé par les autorités. Cette fois, le marché porte sur les prestations de travaux et fourniture d’installations électriques complémentaires à ceux en cours, dont l’objectif est la mise en conformité des installations existantes dont les travaux initiaux en cours n’étaient pas l’objet. Rénovation, reprise et remise en conformité des tableaux de distributions secondaires depuis 3 colonnes sur les 6 niveaux du bâtiment, y compris leurs liaisons par rails de leurs origines depuis des nouvelles cellules de distributions principales également à mettre en œuvre au niveau inférieur.
