Le soumissionnaire est invité à prendre contact avec Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care par courriel : acg-aimp@qualibroker.com L’Association des communes Genevoises en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur au sens des marchés publics et en raison des seuils des mandats à attribuer est tenue de lancer un appel d’offres en procédure ouverte selon les marchés publics pour le marché susmentionné. L’Association des communes Genevoises (ACG) est un groupement intercommunal spécial ancré dans la loi sur l'administration des communes (LAC) dont sont membres toutes les communes du canton de Genève. Elle a pour mission première de défendre, promouvoir et représenter les intérêts des municipalités. À cet égard, elle est systématiquement consultée par le canton lorsqu'un projet de portée législative ou réglementaire concerne ses membres. L’ACG compte au 30 juin 2026 environ 141 collaborateurs et collaboratrices.
