Description
L’opération comprend la transformation intérieure, la réfection de l’enveloppe, l’assainissement énergétique et l'extension par surélévation du bâtiment actuel de l’âge avancé (dit B20 ou HPAA). Cette restructuration permettra d’accueillir 3 entités : - Le Service de médecine des addictions (SMA, 23 lits) qui regroupe les prestations du CHUV relatives à la prise en charge des addictions, avec et sans substances (alcool, drogues, médicaments, autres psychotropes, jeu excessif, cyberaddiction). - Deux unités de psychiatrie générale adultes (PGE, 2 x 18 lits). - Un établissement de réhabilitation sécurisé pour adultes (ERS, 19 lits) qui proposera des soins à des patient-e-s placé-e-s sous mesure thérapeutique par un tribunal. Le bâtiment a d'ores et déjà fait l’objet de plusieurs études successives. Le standard énergétique à respecter est Minergie P ECO. Le projet sera développé en BIM.
